What Robo is
Robo is a computer helper in a cartoon robot body — powered by
SG16 Mistral X, Saif Tech Global’s own cloud brain.
Emergency: Robo is not for emergencies. If someone is in danger,
call your local emergency number immediately.
Kid rule: Never share real names, addresses, phone numbers,
school names, or passwords with Robo or anyone online.

What we collect
Session settings — age tier, optional nickname, voice/mic preferences, and a random session ID stored in your browser (sessionStorage).
Chat messages — text you send to Robo so the SG16 cloud brain can generate a reply.
Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and reliability.
We do not require a child’s legal name, email, phone number, photo, or precise location to use the demo.
How we use data
To provide age-appropriate AI replies through SG16 Mistral X (api.mistralbrain.com — direct from sg16children.com).
To apply safety rules and block harmful requests.
To keep the service secure and fix errors.
We do not sell children’s personal data. We do not use this demo for behavioural advertising.
Children under 13
A parent or guardian should complete setup (parent gate + consent checkboxes) before a child uses Robo.
We design the experience to minimise personal data. If you believe a child shared sensitive information in chat,
use Reset in the app and contact us so we can review server-side handling where applicable.
Retention & your rights
Browser session data clears when you reset or close the tab (sessionStorage). Server-side chat handling follows SG16 platform retention limits for operational and safety logs.
US and international users may have rights to access, correction, or deletion — contact us with your request.

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

You may not use the service to harm others, generate illegal content, or attempt to bypass safety systems.
Automated scraping, load testing, or abuse of the API is prohibited.
Service disclaimer
Robo is an AI assistant — not a human, doctor, lawyer, therapist, or emergency service.
Content may be inaccurate or incomplete. Important decisions require a qualified adult or professional.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties; we strive for safety but cannot guarantee error-free operation.
Changes & termination
We may update features, safety rules, or these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
We may suspend access for violations or to protect users and infrastructure.
Safety & community rules
Always
Treat Robo like a helpful tutor — not a replacement for parents, teachers, or emergency services.
Never share full name, home address, phone number, school name, passwords, or photos of ID documents.
Stop and tell a trusted adult if a reply feels scary, rude, or wrong.
Voice output and microphone require parent approval in the Parent Panel.
Never use Robo for
Medical emergencies, mental-health crises, or situations where someone is in immediate danger.
Illegal activity, weapons, drugs, bullying, or sexual content involving minors.
Cheating on exams in ways your school forbids — ask a teacher what help is allowed.
Age tiers
6–11: simplest language and strongest safety filters.
12–17: teen-appropriate guidance with continued safeguards.
18+: adult family mode — still subject to platform safety and law.
Choosing the wrong tier may expose a child to unsuitable content; parents are responsible for correct setup.

AI transparency notice
How Robo works
Messages are sent to the SG16 platform brain (SG16 Mistral X) to produce replies.
Safety rules run inside the brain — they are not shown in the chat unless behaviour is harmful or you ask the brain directly in sovereign mode.
Replies are generated automatically and may contain mistakes.
Human review
We may log anonymised or operational data to improve safety and reliability.
We do not publish children’s chats publicly. Report concerns to
[email protected].
If you have a privacy or safety concern, email us with “SG16 Children” in the subject line.
We aim to acknowledge within 5 business days and investigate promptly.
